1 Definitions and Scope of Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the 880bet platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). The 880bet website, mobile application, and all related services are covered by this Agreement.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

• Creating multiple accounts to misuse bonus offers will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

All services on the 880bet platform are exclusively for individuals aged 21 years or older. A national identity card or other valid identity document may be requested at registration to verify age.

880bet may request documents to verify your identity at any time. Failure to submit documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended. Once verification is complete, the account returns to normal operation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds may be used for betting but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Cancelling a bonus before the wagering requirement is met will result in all related bonus winnings being forfeited.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds will be stated in the terms of each offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The 880bet VIP programme has 5 tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is applied at the set rate on the week's net losses. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

880bet reserves the right to confirm acceptance of all bets. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed and does not resume within the specified time, the bet will be considered void. For multi-bets, a cancelled selection will be recalculated at new odds.

6.3 Live Betting

In in-play or live betting, odds change rapidly. A bet should not be considered complete until a confirmation message is received. 880bet is not responsible for bets left incomplete due to a disconnection.

6.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through match fixing, account hacking, or the use of betting algorithms will result in the account being closed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7 Slots and Live Casino

880bet offers slots and live casino games from various providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player).

7.1 Game Errors

If a game displays an incorrect result due to a software error, that round will be considered void. Abnormal wins or payouts resulting from technical issues are not valid.

7.2 Aviator and Crash Games

Play crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, at your own risk. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and 880bet does not intervene in these results.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to the 880bet support team. The remaining balance will be returned after verification is complete, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming
